What is “food order?”

Food order, or “macronutrient sequencing” is the concept that the order in which you eat your food within a meal changes how your body processes it.

The Shukla Lab has done several studies showing how (1) eating carbohydrates at the end of the meal or (2) eating vegetables before mixed meals reduces blood sugar and insulin.

Mentor

Mentoring shapes our personal and professional paths. It entails guiding, empowering, and supporting. The greatest gift of mentorship is watching mentees become mentors themselves.
